Every Home Safe Living Plan begins with a comprehensive Home Safety Assessment conducted by a Modern Mobility Home Safety Specialist. During the assessment, we evaluate the home’s interior and exterior safety, identify fall risks and accessibility concerns, and provide personalized recommendations to help older adults remain safe and independent at home.

Enroll in any Home Safe Living Plan and your Home Safety Assessment is reduced to $150.

Quarterly home safety visits designed to help identify potential hazards, provide ongoing safety recommendations, and support aging in place through proactive home safety evaluations and minor safety services.
